Physicians CareConnection

Physicians CareConnection is a volunteer-based, charitable organization that helps coordinate care for vulnerable adults in Central Ohio. This includes ANY person who has healthcare challenges due to individual barriers. Our volunteers work with adults across Central Ohio, including Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Union, and Madison counties.

The leadership program for physicians who were meant for something more. The purpose of the Physicians Leadership Academy is to provide mindful leadership training to improve the lives of physicians, their patients, and the community.
